REFUND POLICY

Due to the made-to-order and custom nature of the fine art prints that I offer, I unfortunately cannot accept any returns/refunds for incorrectly ordered items. However, if you made a mistake when you ordered and you realise immediately, contact me without delay as it may be possible to adjust the order (please note however that my supplier is fast and I aim to turn orders around as quickly as I can, so the possible window for changes is very small...please carefully check your order before purchasing!). If the printing process has been started, unfortunately, it will not be possible to amend the order. 

Exceptions to the no returns/refund rule are as follows:

  • Damage

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately (with your name and order number) if the item is damaged, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible. All prints are sent by courier and fully insured against damage during transit. 

  • Defect
If you believe there is a defect in the product, please contact me immediately (with your name and order number) so that can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible. Please note that there will likely be some variation in the colour and brightness of the print you receive to that which is displayed on this website on your monitor. This is due to many parameters including variations in monitor brightness, colour reproduction and the quality and temperature of the light under which you view the print (for example, a very warm light source will make a print look much different to viewing it in natural window light). I use a high-end wide colour gamut monitor and professional calibration hardware/software, print test samples and liaise closely with my suppliers to ensure the print output is as intended. I am confident that you will also be more than happy with the results. 
  • Incorrectly Sent Item
This should not happen, but if it does, please contact me immediately (with your name and order number) so that can make it right as quickly as possible.
 
Product quality and customer service are a priority. Every effort is made to ensure that all wall art is printed and finished to the highest possible standard and packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
