SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs vary depending on the item ordered and the country to which it is being delivered. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout once the delivery address has been entered. 

Fine art paper only prints are delivered rolled in a tube and so have the lowest delivery cost. All other formats and also framed prints are packaged flat and therefore incur higher charges. 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on the item ordered and the country to which it is sent. All pieces are printed and assembled to order and so production time must be accounted for in addition to delivery time.

Frames for very large sizes and/or non standard aspect ratios are custom made whereas frames for standard sizes (i.e. A3, A2 and A1) are pre-produced and therefore can have much shorter delivery times.

Please allow around 14 days for delivery but for some products delivered to certain countries (e.g. Switzerland, EU, UK), this can be much shorter. Infinity prints can take longer.

IMPORT TAXES AND FEES

All prints delivered to Switzerland have import taxes and fees prepaid. This means the price shown on the website is the final price you will pay. 

In addition to the above, import taxes and fees also do not have to be paid for the following:

• Standard-sized (A3, A2 and A1) fine art paper prints framed and unframed, delivered to the USA and the EU. 
• Panoramic fine art paper prints delivered to the USA and the EU. 

For all other print types and countries, the recipient is liable for the import taxes and fees if any are charged.
