Delivery times vary depending on the product ordered. Paper prints are the fastest whereas framed Premium and Infinity prints take longer due to the custom made frame and longer printing process. For more information, click here

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of these art works, I cannot accept returns for incorrectly ordered items. However, I may be able to amend the order if you make a mistake and realise right away. For more information click here.

Premium and Infinity prints (framed and unframed), as well as framed fine art paper prints are supplied with mounting hardware attached to the back of the print. Wall hardware, such as screws and hooks, are not supplied, as this will depends on where you wish to hang your print. Fine art paper only prints do not come with any hardware and will need to be framed. For more information, click here.

The main difference is that the Infinity prints use a superior paper and have an optical acrylic facing, rather than a thin protective film. For all information related to the different print options, check out the Product Details page.

This depends on the print format.

Fine art paper print - you should never attempt to clean the paper directly. Fine art paper is fragile and can scratch easily. This type of print should always be mounted and framed behind glass or a good quality acrylic (which can be cleaned carefully with a microfibre cloth. Avoid using any kind of detergent).

Premium prints - Premium prints are supplied with a protective UV film over the top of the fine art paper. This can be cleaned carefully with a microfibre cloth. Do not use any kind of detergent and avoid applying excessive pressure.

Infinity prints - Infinity prints are finished with an optical acrylic that can be cleaned very carefully with a microfibre cloth. Again, do not use any kind of detergent and avoid applying excessive pressure.

Print lifetime depends on many factors including the materials used and the amount of sunlight, heat and humidity the print is exposed to. All prints are using very high quality fine art, archival materials which are designed to typically last 40-100 years under ideal conditions, so it is essential to choose the location where you hang your print carefully. Heat, humidity and sunlight can reduce the life of your print. Avoid hanging in particularly hot areas (i.e. directly above a heater), very humid rooms or near a window that allows a lot of sunlight to fall on the print.

All prints sent to Switzerland will not incur additional import tax. For everywhere else, it depends on what you order and where you will have it delivered to. Please check the Delivery Details page for more information.

It is not recommended to hang your prints outside, even if under cover. Large variations in temperature, humidity and sunlight can damage or severely reduce the lifetime of the print. If you would like one of my prints to mount in an outside space, please contact me directly as there are some solution available for this.

Yes! I am always open to special projects and larger sizes beyond those that are available in my shop. I do not offer them as standard because what can be achieved is very much due to the specific image and the use case. Please contact me if you have any questions.

NO! I put in the hard work to research, plan and execute all my images myself with my camera. I can return to the same location many times without success before I get the shot I am happy with. It takes time, knowledge, dedication and patience.
